Preparation :
Empty the squid and wash it thoroughly, wipe it, then cut it into slices.
Wash the tomatoes, peel and spine and crush.
In a large sauté pan, heat olive oil, then add the crushed tomatoes, chopped garlic, coriander and parsley, bay leaves, and spices.
Let the tomatoes cook over low heat until their water evaporates. then add the cut squid.
Reduce sauce for 10 minutes on low heat, until squid is tender. add the salt last according to your taste
Serve warm, you can post them with rice.
