Oven doughnuts

Ingredient :

 200 g flour (or more depending on the quality of the flour )
 90 g of milk
 1/2 cup of salt coffee
 1 egg
 40 gr sugar
 30 gr soft butter
 1 cà soup shaved baked yeast
 1 tablespoon of golden flower.
 1 bag of vanilla

Garnishes : jam or thick pastry cream.
