Mango Bavarian

Ingredients :

 200 g mango
 2 sheets of gelatin
 1 egg white
 For the Bavarian base:
 30 g sugar
 A few drops of vanilla gasoline
 15 g flour
 10 g starch or Maizena
 1 egg
 1 pinch of salt.
