Banana muffins and cinnamon

Ingredients :

 270 g flour
 2 cuil. chemical yeast coffee
 1 pinch of salt
 1 cuil. cinnamon coffee
 175 g of semolina sugar
 25 cl thick cream
 2 eggs
 1/2 cuil. finely grated lemon zest coffee
 8 cl of oil
 250 g of crushed bananas
