30 cL of milk 20 cL of liquid cream 100 g sugar 30 g bitter cocoa powder 3 egg yolks
½ litre of whole milk + 50 ml 2 whole eggs and 3 yolks 125g of sugar powder (plus 50g for caramel) ½ split vanilla pod
